Orders placed between the 1st and 14th of each month are shipped UPS Ground on the 15th. Orders placed between the 15th and 31st of each month are shipped UPS Ground on the 1st. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair. Returns or replacements must be requested through our Return Contact link on our ThinkAheadSafety.com web site within 14 days of purchase.
When returning by mail:
- Pack up your purchased item(s) with all contents and product packaging.
- If you don't have all the packaging and accessories, a deduction might be made from your refund.
- Place Return Authorization received after your return request in package.
- Purchase postage, put return label on the package, and ship to the address on the Return Authorization slip.
- For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS or insured USPS.
